After bad creation followed by bad creation followed by bad creation…..I took some good advice and made something I know, something that I have confidence in, and something that would give me a little extra confidence boost….I admit it I was getting bummed over my multiple bombs in the kitchen lately! And it has a secret ingredient that I love….
The smoky flavor, southwestern flare, a dollop of creamy vegan sour cream, a bit of heat…and the secret ingredient…. chocolate.. such a great combination 😉
