Pan Seered Polenta w/Chipotle Black Beans, Guacamole & Cilantro

1 tube plain polenta
1 can of black beans rinsed and drained
1 jar of chipotle salsa
1 7oz package of wholly guacamole
1 bunch of fresh cilantro

Slice tube of polenta into 1/4inch discs. Brown in a skillet greased with olive oil or veggie broth.
While polenta is browning, combine black beans with chipotle salsa. Using a slotted spoon, top polenta with chipotle black bean combo. Then dollop with guacamole and top with cilantro.
YUM!
