Dak Bokkeum and Spinach over rice (Korean Stewed Vegetables and Spinach)

This is a lick the bowl, can’t stop eating even though you’re bursting at the seams, Oh my gosh! recipe.  I made this over at my friend’s house and her son popped on by, who hadn’t eaten Korean or Thai or anything of the sort.  We all inhaled this it was SO good.

This perfect sweet, and spicy, Asian amazingness leaves no left overs..sadly….as much as you want them..you have to make a triple batch…It’s SO good!

The whole baby button mushrooms, with the stir fry set of sliced mushrooms, Yellow bells, red bells, green onions, baby spinach….and Gochujang….what the heck is Gochujang?…get it at your grocery or your Asian market…what ever the heck it is, it’s good.  Make it. Enjoy it.  And watch out 😉 ..you won’t stop
