Here are the ingredients, plus some fresh romas and thyme, vegan Daiya mozarella, chopped sweet onions…I love how creminis have a pink-ness to them 😉
Browned the ‘sausage’. Then ‘butter’ to a skillet, onions..then creminis..potatoes. Add broth and sausage, move to baking dish and top with Daiya mozzarella
Pop in the oven for about 20 mins and have this!
Top with fresh romas and scallion slices..MMMMMmmmmm!
The whole baking dish is gone…none left…! 😦 …must make more
